A few days ago, the Telegraph reported on a religious group “Rigpa”, which promotes Tibetan Buddhist beliefs across a number of centres in various countries. The organisation is facing allegations of physical, emotional and sexual abuse by its founder and former spiritual leader, Sogyal Lakar or Sogyal Rinpoche as he is known in the Buddhist community.
